Big ant in Arizona level:
Destroy the observatory in Arizona and wait until the loud explosion. Examine the big crater in the middle of the level to find a big asteroid. Destroy the asteroid and a giant ant will emerge and shoot everyone in the level.
Fire all ammo:
Enable the «Rapid Fire» code, then begin game play. Get any gun, get close to an opponent, then rapidly tap Fire. The gun should fire all of its ammunition in about five seconds.
Launch Site weapons:
Go to the tower in the middle of the Launch Site level. Approach to the tunnel that does not go through and wait until the lights above are green beforine driving in. You will be taken up on to the tower and a booster rocket will be placed on back of your vehicle. Then, you will be shot into the air and dropped. Collect the weapons, that include specials and radar jammers. This may be repeated as much as needed, unless the tower is destroyed.
Triple salvage points:
Destroy your opponents with a special weapon to get triple salvage points.
Flying:
Collect a Hover power-up, then hold Up and rapidly tap X.
Play your own music:
Press Start during game play, open the PlayStation lid, and replace the game disc with an audio CD. When game play resumes, the music from the CD will begin playing. A prompt for the game CD will appear after the level ends.
Rolling donut in Arizona level:
Destroy the donut shop in the Arizona level without damaging the «Super Donut» on top. The donut will roll around the level destroying enemies. This may be done on each of the two donut shops in the level.
Ghosts in Louisiana level:
Destroy the graves in the cemetery. Ghosts will appear and begin attacking.
Flood Louisiana level:
Approach the bridge (or dam) and shoot at the nearby wheel. It will start to spin and the bridge will begin to raise. Keep shooting until the bridge is completely raised. Repeat this at the other bridge. In a few seconds, it will start to flood.
Utah Ski Resort level:
There are three different snow games to play. If you do them properly, you will get extra power-ups, weapons, etc. Go to the top of the hill via ski lifts, or by just driving. The first game is a skiing type slalom (obtain the ski powerup first). Successfully slalom the blue/red flags. A winner’s stand with power-ups will appear at the bottom, by the resort. The second is a ski slope/ramp. To get to the ramp, you must first drive into the tower at the top of the hill. Drive down the ramp as fast as possible. Once in the air, you can do tricks and get points for power-ups at the winner’s stand. The last ski game is the luge, all the way on the left. Run the luge (with the ski powerup) and hit all the check points. Finish at the bottom and pick up power-ups at the winners stand. All these mini-games can be done as often as needed, but you must break your previous score in order to keep getting power-ups.
Vigilante 8 levels:
Pause the game & insert the original Vigilante 8 disc. The message ‘V8 levels enabled’ should be displayed. Insert the Second Offense disc again, quit the current game to have the original Vigilante 8 levels.
Attraction mines:
You need at least 2 mines for this. When you have the mines, press left, right, then down and machine gun at the same time to get an attraction mine
Hoover tires BOOST:
When you have the hoover tires, tap X,X, hold X on the second time you push it.
Cheats Enabled:
Play a 1 player mode survivel game using Dallas 13. Put on all MOLO drivers (the bus). Pick the Minnesota Level. Now to get the Cheats Enabled secret you have to kill at least 10 buses and stay in the game for at least 15 minutes. If you do it correctly, you will see «Cheats Enabled» underneath the stats screen (that says how many cars you killed, your time, etc.)

1.Roadkill mines (дорожные мины):
1.1. Влево-Вправо-Вперед-Пулемет. Mothermine. (От 2 до 16 мин склеиваются в одну супермину и падают на землю. При приближении противника мина «ныряет» под землю и через пару секунд на её месте появляются все склеенные мины.) Рекомендуется ставить в узких проходах и на дорогах. Как правило AI ездит по вейпоинтам)))
1.2. Влево-Вправо-Вниз-Пулемет. Объятья мишки. (2 мины объединяются в 1 и при приближении противника на расстояние их атаки магнитят его авто на несколько секунд. Он не сможет сдвинуться с места, но сможет стреллять. Наносят некоторый урон.)
1.3. Влево-Вправо-Вправо-Пулемет. Flymine. (2 мины слепляются в 1 и по воздуху преследуют ближайшего противника, правда с медленной скоростью)
5. Craters (Навесной миномет):
5.1. Назад-Назад-Вперед-Пулемет. Большой Кратер. (2-5 зарядов, объединившись в один, при попадании в противника делают под его авто большущий кратер, размером с автобус Моло, нанося при этом ЩИКАРНЫЕ повреждения). Отличный выбор против медленноездящих противников.
5.2. Назад-Назад-Назад-Пулемет. Черепаха. (3 заряда, при попадании в противника переворачивают его вверх тормашками). Не слишком эффектный, но в умелых руках рулит.
5.3. Назад-Назад-Вправо-Пулемет. Синяя Звезда. (3 заряда при попадании в противника прокалывают ему на некоторое время все 4 колеса). После этого полагается пару раз сделать комбо-Кратер 😉
Тройные трофейные иконки апгрейда:
Уничтожьте противника с помощью спецоружия и вы получите тройные иконки апгрейда за него.
Разблокирование персов/машин.
Завершите все задания в режиме Quest с John Torque, Sheila, и All-Star Trio, чтобы открыть HOUSTON/ SAMSON TOW TRUCK.
Завершите все задания в режиме Quest с Dallas 13, Nina Loco, и Molo, чтобы открыть LORD CLYDE/ EXCELSIOR STRETCH.
