Tokens

—In-game description of the Tokens

The token icon, as seen in the GUI of the game.

Tokens are the main currency in Super Power Fighting Simulator. They are used to purchase multipliers, but may also be used to buy some Transformations or increase the Luck & Speed boosts for the Ancient Items.

For every minute* that passes in-game, the base rate of 25 tokens is added to the player’s balance. The actual amount scales up with the player’s rank and can receive a boost through transformations, goals and in rare cases also artifacts.

It is also possible to obtain tokens directly. This can happen by collecting Chests, using valid Codes, defeating Enemies, completing Quests, or by buying them in the Bounty Shop for Bounty Tokens or in the Shop for Robux.

*This is affected by the currency time boost obtained by completing the Tokens Goals

Ranks

Each rank increases by 1 (except Ruler of Time and Multiverse Ruler) the multiplier applied to the base rate of tokens earned

Transformations

There are also a few transformations that increase the number of tokens gained each minute, most of them being event-related.

Goals

Players are also able to gain a percentage boost on the tokens earned by completing goals from the quests completed category.

Artifacts

Artifacts are special items dropped by Bosses that increase different stats of the player when obtained.

These artifacts can give different boosts, with the value of the boost based on both the number of bosses killed and the difficulty of the boss from which the artifact is coming from.

When obtained, each artifact will select between 3 and 4 boosts from this pool** (the first one will always be a multiplier for one of the base stats) and give them a value inside the range for that artifact.

**A boost can be picked up twice, further research of the mechanic is on-going

When 2 or more artifacts that enhance the same value are possessed, the increase will sum (example, if a player has an artifact with x1.3 Psychic and another with x1.4 Psychic, the total boost will be x1.7, 1 + (0.3 + 0.4)).

N.B. Each player that has damaged the boss will have a chance of obtaining an Artifact.

Winter Tokens

Winter Tokens were a limited-time currency added for the Winter Event in v5.0. The amount of Winter Tokens that a player had could be seen in the upper part of the GUI, being the third currency shown from the left.

This currency could be obtained once each minute, as a reward from the Holiday Pass, as a reward from Santa Quests, from Golden Gifts or from the Winter Chest, but it can be doubled thanks to the x2 Winter Tokens boost available in the Boost Shop or as a reward from Anubis’ Quests.

They could be used to both buy the Festive Chest, which contains items from the Winter Set, or to buy a few Transformations from the Winter Event.

Normal Gain

Each player gained 500 Winter Tokens each minute (affected by currency time), which could be increased by some of the transformations available:

It was also possible to obtain them by left clicking (or tapping for phone/tablet users) on a Golden Gift, which awarded the player with 1K . This reward could also be increased with transformations:

N.B. At most 100 Golden Gift could be opened each day.

Winter Chest

Every 7 hours it was also possible to collect the Winter Chest on Winter Island, which granted the player 10 K , which were multiplied by the multiplier from the transformations that increased the gain of Winter Tokens.

Santa Quests

The Santa NPC, quest-giver for the Santa Quests.

Santa Quests, which were available by talking to Santa, were also a way to obtain this currency, with a reward that increased with the amount of quests completed. The total reward gained with these quests was usually lower than the amount required to complete them, but this could be untrue if the player had an high enough Luck Multiplier.

Holiday Pass

It was finally possible to obtain Winter Tokens from the Holiday Pass, with a total of 575 K and 390 minutes (6.5 hours) of double boost from the Free Pass, and 1.86 M and 915 minutes (15.25 hours) of double boost from the Premium Pass.
