PTA IMEI Check – Phone Verification Online [Guide]
PTA IMEI Check – PTA mobile registration check online – Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) launched a mobile phone verification system named “Device Identification, Registration and Blocking System” (DIRBS) today at PTA Headquarters Islamabad. Member Compliance & Enforcement gave the presentation on DIRBS during the event.
In this event, Chairman PTA said that the Authority is cognizant of telecom consumers’ needs and is taking a number of steps to facilitate them in resolving their issues. The launch of this new service is yet another evidence of PTA’s sincerity towards its vision of protection of telecom consumers and their rights. He said that this system will be implemented to automatically Identify sub-standard, fake, and illegally imported mobile phones, register and block non-compliant devices on mobile phone networks. This unique system will curb illegal imports, facilitate legitimate device importers, and mobile device users, and improve the overall security situation.
MOBILE PHONE REGISTRATION SERVICE AVAILABLE AT CMOS’ FRANCHISE CENTRES
UPDATE: In order to facilitate consumers wanting to register their mobile devices’ IMEI, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) through Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) has made mobile registration service available at CMOs’ franchises nationwide. The Chairman said that PTA has always been engaged in facilitating telecom consumers with best telecom services along with due protection of their rights. Chairman further added that the statistics of telecom growth in Pakistan are evident of the satisfaction level of telecom consumers with the quality of telecom services provided to them. He said that today the mobile operators have increased this coverage to over 65% of the population. Broadband subscribers that stood on 1.3 million till 2014 with limited speed offerings today has crossed a milestone of 50 million (2018) with mobile broadband speed crossing 20 Mbs (download) and fixed broadband speed crossing 100 Mbps (download).
It is pertinent to mention here that, through Device Verification System (DVS) telecom consumers can verify the authenticity of their mobile devices in line with PTA regulations via SMS to 8484.

How to check PTA Mobile Phone Verification
Results of IMEI Checks
While checking the IMEI number of your phone through the above three methods, there could be three possible outcomes for your phone:
If a phone (with valid but not complaint IMEI) was never used even once after the deadline then you will be given around 20 days to register the IMEI numbers with PTA, i.e. by going to PTA’s website and getting a NOC from there.
This is the same NOC that is currently required if you order a phone from Ali Express or from anywhere else.
Not to mention, after the deadline, a customs fee might be required in order to get a NOC from PTA to register the IMEI number.
Also, remember that all those phones with Valid (but not compliant) IMEI numbers will not be allowed to register with Pakistani mobile networks if the deadline expires and if NOC is not obtained.

В интернет-магазинах approve — это подтвержденный заказ (оплаченный). То есть, если человек оформил заказ, указал все данные, но в последний момент передумал и отказался платить — это не аппрув. А вот если оплата произошла — это аппрув.
Например, у ИМ Aliexpress этот показатель равен 90 %. То есть 90 % пользователей, оформивших заказ, подтверждают его и оплачивают.
В партнерских программах
В партнерских программах, где за каждого приглашенного пользователя можно получить вознаграждение, аппрувом считается факт выполнения рефералом всех необходимых действий.
Например, условием партнерки может быть регистрация на сайте и пополнение баланса, после чего реферал засчитывается (зааппрувится). Если зарегистрировалось 100 человек, а баланс пополнили лишь 30, то аппрув будет равен 30 %.
В товарном арбитраже (CPA-системах)
Апрувом в CPA-системах (когда оплата производится за действие — Call To Action) считается выполнение и подтверждение целевого действия, которое совершил привлеченный арбитражником пользователь.
Например, блогер разместил вашу рекламу у себя в соц. сетях. Нагнал трафик, но товаром заинтересовалось лишь 20 % посетителей (выполнили целевое действие). Это и есть показатель аппрува.

This site provides a listing of NIOSH-approved particulate filtering facepiece respirators. This type of air-purifying respirators protects by filtering particles out of the air the user is breathing. There are seven classes of filters for NIOSH-approved filtering facepiece respirators available at this time. Ninety-five percent is the minimal level of filtration that will be approved by NIOSH. The N, R, and P designations refer to the filter’s oil resistance as described below.
The NIOSH-approved products are listed by brand. Links to the manufacturers’ websites are provided as a courtesy to users and NIOSH is not responsible for the content of those pages. Also included is the manufacturer’s phone number, product model number, approval number (84A-XXXX), an indication if the product has an exhalation valve, and the user donning instructions. The manufacturer’s donning procedure and/or user instructions are also provided here as a courtesy to the user.
Manufacturers’ recommended procedures for performing a user seal check can be included in the donning procedures and/or user instructions as alternatives to the OSHA-specified procedures under the respiratory protection standard (See 29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix B-1 external icon ). NIOSH does not evaluate the efficacy and reliability of any user seal check procedures, but OSHA will accept the manufacturer’s recommended procedures if the employer demonstrates those procedures are equally effective as those identified in the standard.
Each manufacturer is responsible for updating the links on their website and/or providing NIOSH with an updated or revised copy when changes are made.

NIOSH recommends the lot number and/or date of manufacture also be included, however, this is not required.
