Может я сейчас сливаю чей то бизнес. но скажу честно долго не хотел этого писать но уже реально достало.
Бывает такое что заливаешь видео на ютуб, и через некоторое время прилетает совпадение с AdRev for Rights Holder.
Это компания которая дает доступ к Content ID другим пользователям.
То есть народ регистрируется там потом берет звук с чужого видео и заявляет свои права на звук.
Сайт AdRev дает такую возможность.
Бывало что я подал апелляцию и оспаривал совпадения так как оно фейковое.
Сначала они ставили совпадение в конце видео. но сейчас настолько обнаглели что специально в середине ролика.
Напишите кто сталкивался с этим?
Я уже писал письмо в компанию AdRev чтобы они решили данную проблему.
Давайте все вместе напишем по 2-3 письма чтобы компания забанила из своей базы этих мошенников.
А может это не они, а ВЫ обнаглели? Воруете контент Ubisoft и еще недовольны, что они забирают монету? 🙂

Новый инструмент Фейсбук: менеджер авторских прав в Инстаграм
В Фейсбуке появилась новая фишка: Rights Manager в Инстаграм. Что это такое и как работает, расскажем ниже.
Что такое Rights Manager в Инстаграм?
В свою Креативную студии ФБ добавила новую функцию – Rights Manager. Она поможет авторам контента лучше следить за тем, как их работу используют в Инстаграме и Фейсбуке: нарушают авторские права или нет. Чтобы пользоваться этим инструментом, нужно подавать заявку на защиту своих материалов по этой ссылке.
В заявке нужно указать:
Как работает Rights Manager в Инстаграм?
После рассмотрения заявки на защиту авторских прав, инструмент будет искать совпадения в ФБ и Инсте по контенту. Для запуска процесса не надо размещать публикацию в соцсети.
Автор контента сможет задать цель проверки: просто отследить его наличие, заблокировать или добавить отметку авторства. Также в настройках можно указать, в каких странах будут действительны права на контент.
