Product Licensing Explained
Tracker Software Products offers various licensing options for our end-user and developer products. Below is a explanation of the different licensing options available from end user licenses to corporate packages and the scope and limitations of each.

End user Licensing: single and multi-pack volume licenses
Our licensing is user based, meaning a license must be held for any user that has direct access to the licensed software.
Non-corporate licenses have no geographical restrictions.
We extend our end user licensing to allow 1 desktop installation and one installation on a secondary device (ie. laptop or Windows based Tablet, etc) provided you are the primary user of both your desktop and laptop.
Corporate Licensing
Owners of Corporate and Enterprise licenses may use and install the software on an unlimited number of workstations, or servers, provided that sufficient licenses are purchased to cover all users. Additionally where a Site or Country license pack has been purchased, for use by unlimited numbers of users, the following geographic and scope restrictions apply:
NOTE: PDF-XChange may only be installed on equipment directly owned or leased by the Licensee and used by its staff or Agency staff employed long term and employed for the sole benefit of the Licensee.

* Viewer and Editor SDK licensing requires a license agreement be completed prior to release of serial keys, and requires that a distribution delcaration be submitted a minimum of once annually, the first to be received within 13 months of purchase.

Versions of PDF-XChange Products Older than V6 to be Removed July 15th, 2021
We would like to provide all users of older versions of our products with an advance warning that we will be removing all versions of the PDF-XChange family of products older than Version 6 from our website on July 15th, 2021. We are doing this in order to conserve space in our website archives. If you are using one of these older versions of the products, then we advise you to ensure that you have downloaded the necessary installers for your license, as they will no longer be available from July 15th. If you have downloaded these installers before July 15th then you will be able to install older versions of the software locally at any later time. You can download these installers from your online account with us, which is available here. We would also like to encourage users of the older versions of the products to upgrade to the respective current version, as a huge range of new features have been added to the software since those versions were released. You can view those features in the version history for the product that you use. The version history for PDF-XChange Editor is available here.
