Из этих продуктов выделяется процессированная еда. Это продукты, которые подготовлены для быстрого употребления.
Стоит заметить то, что не все обработанные продукты являются вредными. Например, заранее порезанные овощи могут потерять часть витаминов, но не становятся вредными от того, что их подготовили к употреблению.

Сушенные фрукты
Нам кажется, что сушеные фрукты почти столь же полезны, как и свежие. И, конечно же, такая еда полезнее чем шоколадные батончики или конфеты.
Вопросы возникают при изучении питательной ценности такой пищи. В сушенных фруктах остается много углеводов, поэтому из небольшой порции вы можете получить очень много сахара.
